We pride ourselves as one of the Country's leading specialist in inclusive design. Our aim is simply to help secure a built environment that is usable by everyone. Too often the design to including disabled and older people has tended to manifest itself as an ugly addition to the environment, drawing attention to and alienating the very people it's supposed to serve.

The provision of access guidance for building designers based on collaborative research with disabled people is a start. We believe in developing the case for designing for disabled people in the context of mainstream inclusive design. Our lateral thinking apprach relegates minimalistic design prescription and presents the user and neighbours with an unintrusive and pleasant solution. we are not just experts in the field: we can help organisations and particularly local authorities and social landlords, to meet their duties under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA).

OUR SERVICE PROMISE

In our experience we find that many private individuals struggle to get their project off the ground. In many instances they require costed plans before a statutory Grant Application can be made and considered. Our promise is to carry out all necessary Plans and Statutory Applications for both Planning and Building Warrant Permissions. We aim not to charge a penny, untill the grant is awarded. We will work with your Occupational Therapist, Doctor , or Nurse, to ensure that your needs are reflected in the design, and where necessary we will also offer advice regarding work which is likely to attract Statutory Grant help where available.
